  • We start with a free, no-obligation consultation at your home to understand what you’re looking for. We’ll discuss your space, style preferences, and how you want to use your garden room.

  • Once we understand your vision, we’ll create a bespoke design and provide a detailed, fixed-price quotation. No hidden extras, just clear, transparent pricing.

  • When you’re ready to proceed, we’ll schedule the build at a time that suits you. Our skilled team handles everything — from groundworks to electrics — ensuring a seamless, professional build.

    • Ground foundations

    • Full construction and finishing

    • Electrical and internet connection

    • Optional heating, cooling, and extras

    We aim to complete most builds within 10 -15 working days, depending on the size and complexity of your garden room.

  • Once the build is complete, we’ll hand over your new space ready for immediate use — fully insulated, beautifully finished, and built to last.

    We’ll also provide guidance on care and maintenance, and your 10-year structural warranty gives you complete peace of mind.
