Our first project, where it all started
Brief was to create a small inside bar area around 2m x 2m with 2 outside areas under cover, one for an outside dining area and a second place to position a hot tub.
The bar needed to be fully insulated, we also insulated the hot tub area, as there maybe bi-folding doors being install sometime in the future.
The front and sides of the garden room was clad in thermo wood and the rear in composite cladding.
We also install 2kw of solar panels on the roof, adding to the 4kw already installed on the house.

Walls build boarded with 18mm OSB and finished of with a breathable membrane
Cover coving on and Solar panels fitted
Wall insulated with 150mm rock wool and 1st fix electrics going in
Finished Garden Room with space for a Hot Tub
